Description
Plan of the Bronx International Exposition, an enhanced, restored reproduction. The 1916 pre-opening plan provides a list of featured attractions. Original dated 1916. It opened in 1918 officially called the Bronx International Exposition of Science, Arts and Industries. It was a world's fair held in the Bronx, New York City. Unfortunately, it was held during World War I, affecting its popularity. The Plan map provides a list of featured attractions.
This is an enhanced, restored reproduction of an old map. It features landmarks and is rich in historical information. I have selected interesting, old graphic images for digital restoration and editing. The images were then adjusted and brightened to make the images suitable for display and other purposes. The resulting image brings out many details and landmarks, making this map a great historical reference and conversation piece. © 2021 for this enhanced, restored reproduction.
